Attuned Physical Therapy

  I came in with a pain in my SI joint that I had for over two years, as well as excruciating tightness in my shoulder and neck. Both had very slowly improved over the years…but nothing allowed me to feel actually healed. Zoë’s kind, reassuring demeanor and confidence immediately made me feel safe…and hopeful. After just one session with Zoë (just one!) my shoulder and neck pain disappeared and neither has returned. My SI joint has improved so much that I only feel the slightest ‘soreness’ every now and then and this change has taken place in only three sessions with her… I could not be more grateful to have found [this] modality and philosophy, and particularly, Zoë.
