Yes! Free parking is available behind the building. The entrance to the parking lot is from Farragut Avenue. 

All appointments are 55-minutes, one-on-one with the Board Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy.

It is ideal to wear loose, comfortable clothing with no belts and minimal jewelry. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes. It is helpful to wear sneakers or similar footwear.

The initial appointment will include an assessment of your concern, medical history and physical therapy evaluation and treatment. Follow up appointments will always include assessment and evaluation to guide next steps in treatment.

Attuned Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service clinic. We do not participate in any insurance plans. We are out-of-network providers. 

Some insurance plans offer reimbursement to the policy holder for services provided by out-of-network practitioners. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to learn the details of your plan – each plan is different. 

If you intend to submit to your insurance company, you still pay for your full visit. We will provide you with an invoice with the necessary diagnostic and treatment codes to submit. Your insurance company will send an EOB (explanation of benefits) and any reimbursement directly to you. Please keep in mind that some insurance plans require a referral for physical therapy and/or require you to meet a deductible form them to cover costs.

We recommend starting with appointments 1-2 weeks apart, unlike ‘traditional’ physical therapist who often see patients 2-3 times per week. Working one-on-one, we can be more attentive and responsive to the patient during each session. As treatment progresses, the physical therapist and patient collaborate on how and when to taper off frequency of treatments and conclude treatment.

When filling out your intake forms, you will be prompted to enter a credit card to be kept on file in our scheduling and electronic medical record software, Jane App. Keeping a card on file protects your information and saves time. Other modes of payment may be considered on a case by case basis.
